CA - Chartered Accountancy
Chartered Accountancy is a professional practice of auditing, accounting, financial
evaluation, and taxation for an individual or an organization. The title of a Chartered
Accountant is given to an accounting expert who has been approved by ICAI as qualified to
handle issues relating to accounting. Their scope of work includes filing tax returns,
auditing financial statements, and business practices, registration of the business
organization with the government, maintaining financial records, preparing and reviewing
records, documents, etc.
The certification of ICAI is a prerequisite for practicing in India. To
obtain that one has to clear 3 levels to become a Chartered Accountant.

After appearing for 12th, the candidate has to appear for CPT after 4 months of the study period. For appearing in Intermediate Examination, a study period of eight months is required. Accordingly, you have to register latest by 1st September/ 1st March in Intermediate Course for being eligible to appear in the succeeding May/ November Intermediate Examinations respectively. Candidate can appear for the Final Examination during the last six months of Practical Training and after successfully completing Four Weeks Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (Advanced ICITSS) along with qualifying Advanced IT examination.
